Naked Emperor was formed in early 2017 by Ashley Messer (Trash Cadaver ex Cerebral Roil) and Rachel Haywire (Experiment Haywire) who decided to join forces to combine extreme noise, total occult terrorism, violent screaming, sexualized hate, and sadistic distortion in their primal stage manifesto against civilization.
